For companies certified extract from the Commercial Register
Extract from criminal records - board members – in case the boat is registered by the company
Extract from the criminal records – the boat is registered by the natural person
Proof of deletion from the actual Maritime Register of another state - in case the deletion is not in English, the official translation into Czech – can be arranged by Yacht Service
Affidavit of lien and retention law – prepared by Yacht Service
Survey report with ares of sailing and maximum number of people on the board – Yacht Service
Doklad o technické způsobilosti námořní jachty + „Osvědčení námořní jachty o technické způsobilosti“.
Declaration of Conformity EU
Builder´s Certificate
The documents of issued Call sign and MMSI - allocates Czech Telecommunication Office – will be fixed by Yacht Service
Confirmation of administrative fee payment - to 12 m hull length 10 thousand CZK, over 12 m length of the hull 15 thousand CZK – will pay Yacht Service
Completed application with stamp 1 000,- CZK – will buy Yacht Service
